A Flyknit upper complements a springy, responsive Nike React foam in an extra high-top with an exaggerated collar that performs like Kobe's low-top masterpiece.

The Kobe IX was the first Nike basketball shoe to infuse a full Flyknit upper. It creates a seamless engineered upper that helps keep the shoe lightweight.

Secure Fit
Cables at the laces provide a secure fit at the midfoot when you lace up.

The carbon fiber plate in the outsole provides strong and lightweight lateral stability.

A Nike React foam removable insole offers responsive cushioning that helps your foot feel connected to the court.
