What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns for refunds. All sales are final, especially for Release, Discounted, and On Sale items. A return for In-Store Credit or exchange may be accommodated depending on the situation.  Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase and if you have questions regarding the sizing of a specific item, please call us at 501.660.7888.

Why does my order keep getting cancelled?
This may be due to the credit card company informing us that the credit card used for the order does not match the credit card's registered address. Orders submitted in batches, orders for an address under multiple customer names, orders containing size runs, and orders that fit purchasing patterns that could be associated with reselling cannot be accommodated.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and prices depend on the destination and the item(s) being shipped. Enter your address at Checkout and an estimate will be displayed.

Do you ship overseas?
Only PayPal may accepted for orders from outside of the United States. Re-shipper addresses will not be accommodated. Ensure your addresses are Confirmed through PayPal before submitting an order and note that not all of our brands are allowed to be shipped internationally. International purchases are most often subject to import taxes, custom duties, and other fees that the destination country requires. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so contact your local customs office for clarification. Customs clearance procedures will most likely delay delivery beyond any original estimate that we may be able to provide.

When will my order arrive?
Please allow at least one business day for order processing and verification and an additional 3-5 business days for shipping within the continental U.S. Older SKUs may require additional, initial processing time. Orders that contain a discrepancy between the Shipping and the Billing Addresses will likely be delayed while the difference is investigated.
